What Is CSP (Cloud Solution Provider)?
CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) is Microsoft's model for partners to resell, provision, manage and bill Microsoft cloud services for their customers. It runs in two forms: direct-bill, where the partner transacts with Microsoft directly, and indirect, where a reseller transacts through an indirect provider or distributor. The requirements for each form are set by Microsoft's program terms.
