What Are Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI)?
Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI), also called Microsoft Commercial Incentives, is Microsoft's name for the incentive programs it pays partners on its commercial business. It is a framework name rather than a single rebate: the terms that decide what any one partner earns sit in the individual programs MCI covers, and a partner reaches those terms through Microsoft's partner portal.
It matters because MCI is a heading, not a number: what a partner is owed is set by the programs underneath it, and you cannot read that off the framework name.
