What Are Cisco Lifecycle Incentives (LCI)?

Cisco Lifecycle Incentives (LCI) paid partners for driving a customer through the lifecycle after the sale, not just for the initial booking. As of January 25, 2026, Lifecycle Incentives 2.0 for partners transitioned into the Cisco Partner Incentive, where the same thing is now called the Adopt Rebate: a fixed dollar amount at each lifecycle stage (Onboard, Implement, Use, Engage, Adopt), validated by Cisco telemetry. It did not go away everywhere. Cisco's own guide says distributors remain enrolled in Lifecycle Incentives 2.0, under the Lifecycle Incentives 2.0 terms.
