What Is the Cisco 360 Partner Program?
Cisco 360 is the Cisco partner program that governs eligibility for the Cisco Partner Incentive, Cisco's comprehensive backend rebate. It works per portfolio: a partner attains a Partner Value Index, Specializations, Competencies or Designations in each of Cisco's seven portfolios, and the portfolio designation earned there (Cisco Portfolio Partner, or Cisco Preferred Portfolio Partner at a higher index) sets what you can earn in that portfolio. Cisco reassesses eligibility on its fiscal half year.
It matters because standing is set per portfolio and not company-wide, so you can be earning in one portfolio and locked out in another.
