What Is the Dell RISE Incentive Program?

Dell RISE is a real Dell incentive program, and it is genuinely hard to pin down. Dell's own RISE flyer, headed "Buy More, Earn More", describes it as a rewards scheme for Dell Technologies Authorized partners: you register, you buy eligible products through your distributor, mostly client hardware like laptops, desktops, workstations, displays and docks, and your cash rewards grow with how much you purchase within a quarter, then you redeem them through that distributor. Note that Dell's flyer graduates the reward by quarterly purchase volume, so the descriptions you may see quoting a set amount per unit do not match it. Two cautions matter more than the mechanics. That flyer is a German-market document from around 2022, and the current FY27 Dell Technologies Partner Program documents we hold, covering both the NA and the EMEA zones, do not mention RISE at all.
