What Is the Dell Technologies Partner Program?

The Dell Technologies Partner Program (DTPP) is Dell's channel program for Solution Provider, Cloud Service Provider and OEM Solutions partners, with a separate distribution track for authorized distributors. Partners are tiered either locally, as Authorized, Gold, Platinum or Titanium, or globally, as Global Platinum or Global Titanium. Metal tiers are earned on revenue, a minimum services revenue level and training competencies, and Dell awards them annually after a year end audit. Tier requirements are set by zone, so the thresholds a US partner works to are not the ones used in other zones.
