Cisco Partner Experience Platform (PXP)
The Partner Experience Platform (PXP) is Cisco's partner-facing platform for Cisco Partner Incentive data. Cisco's rules point partners to PXP to track performance and metrics, to see official bookings and fulfillment status by fiscal quarter, to read the ineligible bookings report and to find the Cisco 360 Partner Program calendar. It is not the only Cisco tool in the loop: enrollment runs through the Partner Program Enrollment tool, Adopt Rebate opt-ins run through Funds Manager, and disputes run through the Customer Service Hub. It is also not instant. An order is not reflected in PXP until Cisco has accepted and fully booked it.
It matters because Cisco's rules put the burden on you, not on PXP, to spot a gap between Cisco's published bookings and your own records, and to report it before the window shuts.
