What Is the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN)?

The NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) is NVIDIA's channel program. It runs as separate programs for different partner types under one NVIDIA Partner Network Master Agreement, and each program has its own Competency Exhibit that the partner and NVIDIA sign. Solution Provider partners have three membership levels: Registered, Preferred and Elite. The AI Infrastructure programs (data center, power and cooling, and design and construction partners) have two, Preferred and Elite, with Elite by invitation, and they do not cover reselling NVIDIA products. Levels are set per competency, by the number of NVIDIA trained sales and technical staff plus an annual revenue range. NVIDIA also runs five Specializations: Agentic AI, AI Factory, Embedded AI, Physical AI, and Reference Platform NVIDIA Cloud Partner. Those are invitation only and open to select partner types, so unlike a competency, a Specialization is not something you can simply decide to qualify for.
