NetApp Partner Sphere is the name of NetApp's partner program: the framework NetApp uses to organize the IT solution providers that sell and support its storage and data products. What each partner level earns, and what a partner has to maintain to keep earning it, is set out in NetApp's own partner materials, which sit behind the partner portal. We do not restate those terms here.
It matters because the terms that decide what you earn sit behind the vendor's portal and get revised, so most partners have no copy they control.
