What Is the Cohesity Aspire Program?
Cohesity Aspire is the name of Cohesity's partner program for the IT solution providers that sell and support its data protection products. Cohesity describes it as one platform and one experience open to every partner, running on multiple tiers and tracks that a partner aligns to by business model. An expanded edition took effect on 1 August 2026. It adds Specializations, a credential for validated expertise in a named practice area, starting with Professional Services. On the financial side Cohesity names rewards for new, expansion and teamed opportunities, simplified deal registration, opportunity rebates and rep-level SPIFs, and it does not publish what any of them pay. A performance dashboard gives a partner one view of its training, certifications and billings.
It matters because the money here follows what you go and win, not only what you already sell. Cohesity rewards new, expansion and teamed opportunities, and a Specialization is a credential you go and earn for a named practice area. Both are moves a partner makes deliberately, on top of a tier it waits to reach.
